About the Role:
The Project Inspection Coordinator ensures
quality control
on purchased goods and manages necessary documentation as per purchase orders, project procedures, and contracts. The role involves optimizing costs, coordinating inspectors/agencies, and maintaining updated
quality control
data in company systems.
Review
quality control
requirements and contractual documents.
Support
quality control
procedures, vendor document reviews, and inspection classifications.
Organize and coordinate Pre-Inspection Meetings and inspections with clients, vendors, and third parties.
Verify and document inspection results, address non-conformities, and issue release notes.
Ensure compliance with
quality control
standards and procedures, including manufacturing data books and test certificates.
Requirements:
Advanced expertise in planning, conducting and evaluating inspections, with knowledge of international standards, materials, and inspection techniques.
Familiarity with the supply chain, including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
Skills in planning, monitoring, and cost/risk management.
Knowledge of vendor qualification and performance monitoring.
Advanced skills in project materials post-order management.
