The Role
- Responsibility for innovative IT projects in the DACH region with a focus on implementing modern hospital information systems
- Lead project teams, partners, and third-party providers, coordinating project tasks and resources
- Risk management, management reports, and decision templates are part of your daily business
- Build dynamic, interdisciplinary teams and foster an agile and collaborative work environment
- Oversee and control the financial aspects of your projects, including budgeting and effective controlling
What You’ll Need
- Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., economics, health management) or comparable qualification
- Ideally, experience in leading digitalization projects, preferably in a clinical environment
- Analytical, independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Business acumen and controlling skills, cost control, and quality assurance
- Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary teams and with clients
