About the Company

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong background in healthcare facilities.

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning and design through execution, commissioning, and handover.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to maintain project objectives.
  • Review and approve project deliverables, technical submissions, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, cost control measures, and change management processes.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements on all project sites.
  • Mentor and supervise project teams, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues to support project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 15–18 years of professional experience in construction project management.
  • Mandatory healthcare project experience.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare, hospital, or medical facility projects.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction practices, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions is an advantage.
