DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T Representative partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a highly organized and motivated individual to fill one of our critical roles as a Project Manager. This role supports the Sales Operations team within the National Sales channel.
As a Project Manager at DSI, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects related to our business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the sales team, upper management, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will learn to understand the nuances of our business to drive business impact as well as identify best practices.

Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure project tasks are completed according to schedule. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to minimize their impact
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams. Provide regular project updates, and progress reports, and address any concerns promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and quality checks before project completion.
Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience of 3+ in project management within the telecommunications industry
Strong understanding of telecommunications and AT&T services is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
technical and non-technical teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Energized by completing tasks and supporting internal departments
