Project Manager / Quality Control Manager – Residential Exterior Work
Location: CT | MA | RI – Based out of Vernon, CT or Sutton, MA
Compensation: $26–$35/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Long-Term Career Opportunity

With 29+ years of success in residential exterior restoration, we’re adding a skilled Project Manager / Quality Control Manager to our team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work meets TJR standards
- Pickups and Returns of supplies
- Conduct on-site quality control inspections and document results
- Perform or coordinate occasional small repairs
- Capture photos and reports using a smartphone or tablet
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Drive a company heavy-duty truck with utility body to job sites across CT, MA, and RI
- Occasionally tow 14′ trailers for projects
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ experience in roofing, siding, gutters, and general carpentry
- Strong project supervision and construction management skills
- Working knowledge of asphalt roofing, vinyl/wood siding, and aluminum gutter installation
- Physically able to inspect roofs and exterior systems
- Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and communication
- Positive, customer-first attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and keep detailed records
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Able to work 40 plus hours and take charge of projects
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical
- Reliable transportation to our Vernon, CT or Sutton, MA facility
- Working smartphone and basic tech proficiency
- Ability to operate a heavy-duty truck with utility body
- Willingness to travel to job sites across CT, MA, and RI
