We're seeking a qualified Project Manager / Product Owner ready to do the best work of their career. Core Responsibilities
- Own project vision, scope, schedule and budget.
- Work with stakeholders and/or clients to define and refine business requirements.
- Keep the teams highly motivated and focused on the project’s goals and deliverables.
- Work with software engineers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and other project team members to refine project deliverables balancing cost, quality, and schedule.
- Develop and document project deliverables such as requirement specifications, proposed solutions, detailed designs, project plans, system impact analysis, and proof of concepts.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
- Use engineering principles to conduct technical investigations involved with the modification of material; component; or process specifications and requirements.
- Advise, mentor, train or assist team members, as needed, to ensure timely releases of high quality customer oriented solutions.
- Facilitate regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions, or challenges regarding projects' vision and deliverables.
- Provide technical consulting services to projects and production system issues.

- Hands-on AI practitioner.
Must have impeccable presentation skills for small/medium audience over video calls.
Experience with accounting systems is a plus.
