Our technology services client is seeking multiple Project Manager Scrum Master to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role:

Experience: 8-15 Years

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.

Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and senior management.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.

Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Lead multiple Agile development teams as a Senior Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering collaboration and transparency.

Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to groom and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

Proactively identify and address impediments and dependencies that may impact team productivity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams on Agile methodologies, guiding them towards continuous improvement and high- performance delivery.

Drive Agile adoption and maturity within the organization by implementing and refining Agile processes and practices.

Analyze and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance, leveraging insights to optimize team performance and delivery.

Serve as a servant leader, fostering a culture of trust, empowerment, and accountability within the teams.

Act as a change agent, advocating for Agile principles and values, and promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

Collaborate with other Agile coaches and stakeholders to drive organizational Agile transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skill Set

Primary

Comprehensive Understanding of Scrum Values, Principles, and Practices.

Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies

Issue Resolution and Impediment Removal

Familiarity with Agile Tools

software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Time Management and Prioritization

Continuous Improvement Mindset

Secondary

Knowledge of CI/CD
