We are seeking an experienced Project Quality Manager, with a minimum of 5+years as Lead Quality on LNG Double wall tanks. The candidate will be Site-Based and responsible for developing of strategies and plans to ensure compliance with established Codes, Standards, Regulations, Policies, Procedures and Contractual Requirements.
Responsibilities and Skills
Mechanical experience (Tank Erection, rotating equipment, piping) and knowledge related to LNG Plants, with preferably in multi-discipline construction execution: Civil & Concrete Walls (concrete mix design, batch plant process, prestressing) / Structural / Insulation / Coating & Lining / E&I / System-Subsystem Completions with Pre- Commissioning/ Commissioning and Ready for Start Up)
Knowledge of codes ie. API 650/620/ASME VIII Div.1 & 2 & ISO EN 14620, ASME IX, ASME II Part A&C
Familiarity with Material Test Certificate review
Experience in Material Requisition Process supporting Supply Chain
Interface with Engineering on Quality aspects
Involvement in internal and external audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
Knowledge of NCR, CAPA, Lessons Learned process and implementation
Resources & Staffing Allocation
Generate WPS, WPQ & maintain Welder Continuity records
Prepare project and scope specific PQP, ITP, QC Procedures
Set-up and Perform Hydrotests (Hydro Pneumatic and Hydro Static)
Familiarity with Material Management Process
Identify and Generate Project Key Deliverables
Manage Subcontractors (review of quality deliverables, resources allocation, conformance of work)
Generate and define Quality requirements for Subcontracts
Perform, Complete & Document Quality Control Training
Inspection and Testing Tracking for conformance, completion and documentation
NDE Management and Tracking System
Interface with PMT on Quality Issues
Interface with Client
