Would you like to work on international OEM customer projects as part of a dynamic team and represent customer quality expectations within our organization? The primary mission of our Project Quality team is to support development projects from a quality assurance perspective, including customer requirement analysis, tailoring and monitoring development processes, supporting project teams, and coordinating audits and assessments.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting software and mechatronic product development projects from a quality assurance perspective
  • Supporting process-based quality assurance within projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of related processes
  • Collaborating with international project teams to achieve quality objectives
  • Planning and tracking quality assurance activities within customer projects
  • Defining, monitoring, and reporting quality metrics, as well as project-related risks
  • Preparing and presenting quality reports
  • Evaluating quality-relevant data during the technical product approval process
  • Mentoring, supporting, and coaching project team members
  • Preparing and coordinating customer and internal audits and assessments
  • Cooperating with other company locations and maintaining contact with customers

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Hold a university degree in an engineering field
  • Have experience in automotive product development or software development environments
  • Have business-fluent English and Hungarian language skills
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Possess strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Are highly proficient in MS Office applications
  • Have an interest in automotive development and quality assurance processes
  • Are looking for a long-term career opportunity in this field
  • Are willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days office / 2 days home office per week)

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience in quality-related roles
  • Knowledge of software development process models, especially Automotive SPICE
  • Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949) and functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
  • German language skills
