Property Scoper/QC Quality Control Specialist Jobs in Las Vegas, NV at Mom’s Move Out Magic
Needing someone to work remotely and on the road as properties come up for scoping to create project for unit turns completion as well as final inspections. QC going in performing a final inspection and making sure that contractors met all standards of original scope before submitting to client. Training provided. Property management history is a plus. This is a great part-time position for the time being with full time potential.
Must be detail oriented, and knowledgeable of requirements that need to be met for scopes once trained.
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
