Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, particularly ISO 9001 standards, while leading quality control and assurance initiatives across the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to quality management, project management skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager position is a key role, reporting to the president that will oversee the activity of the Quality department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes. This manager also provides leadership and guidance EHS teams, all quality inspectors, and all calibrations.

Duties

Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Oversee quality assurance processes including quality inspection and control measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate solutions that meet quality standards.
Analyze data from quality inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead training programs for staff on quality systems and best practices.
Manage projects related to quality improvements and ensure timely completion of objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Lead cross functional teams to assure the company passes all audit and certifications needed for ISO 9000, ITAR, OSHA, FDA, GMP, and others.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, including inspection techniques and control processes.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting complex data sets.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour
