We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections and analyzing data to maintain compliance to standards and other quality management systems. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the production process.
Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, height gage, comparator to verify product dimensions and specifications.
Visual Inspect parts for damage, outside process confirmation like Anodize, Plating.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality systems and processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
Provide training and guidance to team members on quality management practices.

Skills

Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting results to drive decision-making.
Understanding of quality management principles and practices (QA/QC).
Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gage, Comparator, surface plate, CMM, etc. for accurate assessments.
MCOSMO CMM experience or CMM Manager CMM experience.
Bright Apex Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) experience.
Maintain CMM equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance tasks.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
