We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Q expert to join our team in Washington D.C., DC, USA. As a Q expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables on our platform. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables submitted by our freelance professionals.
Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in the work.
Communicate with freelancers to provide feedback and guidance on improving the quality of their work.
Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the quality of our services.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Q expert or in a similar quality control role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience in the freelance industry is a plus.
This position is based in Washington D.C., DC, USA. Remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
