＞ 主导产品在研发阶段产品验证方面的活动 Work with internal R&D, quality team and ODM/OEM vendors to: 和公司内部研发和质量团队以及ODM/OEM供应商一起: o Review the FFU, DFM and DFA of the product design from ODM/OEM suppliers or in-house. o 评估产品设计上的可用性，可制造性和可安装性。 o Responsible for designing testing plan to verify the reliability, performance and safety of the new products design based on the new products specification, and coordinating with internal laboratory, vendors and third parties for testing and review results to prepare the design verification reports. o 负责新产品设计的可靠性，安全性及其性能制定测试计划, 并与内部实验室,供应商及第三方协调和跟踪测试项目, 并制设计验证定报告。 o Give a new product risk assessment by establishing DFMEA to identify the risk points and PRN during development. o 在产品研发阶段制定DFMEA，从而有效鉴别风险点和风险序数。 o With the risk points with high PRN score defined in DFMEA, prepare the CAPA and the follow-up plan. o 根据DFMEA中所定义的风险点制定产品验证方案, 鉴别风险点从而保证产品设计的质量。 o According to the special features, application and function to establish the test plan to ensure the safety, reliability and FFU. o 根据产品设计特性，应用环境和功能，制定测试大纲验证产品的安全性, 可靠性和使用性。 o Feedback the result of tests and verifications to the R&D team, working with them to get solutions. o 反馈研发团队测试结果并一起协同解决问题。 ＞ Handling the customer’s complaints:
＞ 客户投诉处理及反馈 o Coordinate With Techsupport Team On US Side To Collect Detail Information Of The Customer Complaint Case And Follow Up The Returned Defective Samples Sending-back For Failure Root Cause Analysis. o 当有客诉发生时，和美国Techsupport团队协调收集所有批次和产品以及客诉相关的信息。并跟踪寄回失效样品用于根因分析。 o Coordinate With R&D And The Vendor On The Failure Root Cause Analysis For Defective Sample. o 协调研发部门和供应商一起对不良样品做失效根因分析。 o Give Suggestion On The Solution For Customer’s Problem Of The Complaint Case. o 就客诉的客户问题提供解决方案建议。 o Give An Action Plan And Solution On The Complaint Products. o 根据产品投诉问题制定被投诉批次的解决方案。 o Work With Internal R&D Team And The Vendor To Setup a Prevention Action For The Current/further Production. o 和供应商和公司内部的品质部门一起制定对于后续生产的大货制定永久预防措施意见。 ＞ Lab Daily Management And Maintenance
＞ 实验室日常管理及维护: o Daily test management and scheduling to ensure that tests are completed on schedule and with quality. o 日常测试管理和安排确保测试如期保质完成。 o Continuous improvement in the accuracy and efficiency of existing test methods and SOP maintenance. o 现有测试方法的精度和效率持续改善以及SOP维护。 o Research on new test methods as company need and related SOP development. o 根据公司需求研究新测试方法和相关的SOP制定。 o Daily test equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure the accuracy of test results. o 日常测试设备维护及校准，确保测试结果的准确。 o Daily laboratory staff work arrangement and management o 日常实验室人员的工作安排及管理 o 5S management and maintenance o 5S管理及维护 o Arrange and follow up the product compatibility tests according to the U.S. Techsupport Team’s product compatibility test application as market needs. o 根据美国Techsupport部门的市场产品匹配性测试申请安排和跟踪匹配性测试。
