The Role
- Programs, analyzes, and runs tests on new or modified software programs
- Conducts compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs
- Runs in-depth testing, detects problems, recommends solutions, and determines if program requirements have been met
- Recommends program improvements or corrections to programmers
- Writes, revises, and verifies quality standards, and test procedures for program design and product evaluation
- Monitors program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation
What You’ll Need
- Active U.S. Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical science
- 6 years of experience with Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Problem Solving, Content Management, Software, and Network Programming
- Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers for input devices, and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
