Job Description
Infosys is seeking a QA Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications developed as part of a key enhancement program for one of our major clients.
Required Qualifications
Candidate can be located anywhere in the US but willing to travel to client location for critical milestone. This position may require travel in the US.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and functional/integration testing within Microsoft technology environments.
Hands-on experience validating Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations and workflows.
Strong background in testing Web Services (WCF, REST, Web APIs, ADO.NET).
Experience in testing applications deployed on Azure, with familiarity in debugging issues across services like Service Bus, App Services, and Function Apps.
Proficiency in using unit testing and automation frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit (in collaboration with developers or automation engineers).
Experience contributing to test planning, execution, defect tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting in C# or similar language.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, VSO/TFS) and integration of automated tests.
Experience with SQL queries for test data validation and backend verification.
Familiarity with Power BI testing or validating data visualization/reporting logic.
Knowledge of telemetry, logging, and system monitoring to support quality analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA / WA / NY / CO: $ 62,000 to $ 86,800.
In Washington, DC: $ 62,600 to $ 76,100

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
