Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and safety, adhering to FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess product specifications and tolerances.
Analyze inspection data and report findings to ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
Implement and maintain quality systems, including documentation of inspection results.
Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on FDA regulations and industry best practices related to quality assurance.
Skills
Proficiency in HACCP principles and practices.
Strong background in quality inspection techniques and methodologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems and CGMP regulations.
Experience using precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
Ability to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions based on findings.
Knowledge of FDA regulations governing product safety and quality.
Experience with vision inspection systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Calypso software for measurement analysis is advantageous.
