Job Responsibilities:

Co-Manufacturer Quality Management:
Participate the co-manufacturer selection process, access co-manufacturer’s quality assurance capability that in compliance of all federal, states and local regulatory requirements.
Ensure end-to-end production compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act), and state-level regulations. Lead third-party audits (e.g., SQF, BRC certification).
Partner with R&D to support new product trials and process validation.
Production Quality Control:

o External Laboratory Management: Coordinate with certified third-party laboratories to conduct beverage product quality & sensory testing (including sensory evaluation), physicochemical analysis and compliance verification, ensuring testing data accuracy and timely delivery.

Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) in beverage production lines to ensure product safety and consistency.
Analyze quality data (e.g., COA, microbial reports, customer complaints) and drive improvements using statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma).
Supplier & Customer Management:
Audit raw material suppliers (e.g., concentrates, packaging) for FDA registration and SQF certification. Manage COA (Certificate of Analysis) documentation.
Collaborate with customer QA teams (e.g., retail chain QA departments) to lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions (CAPA) for complaints.
Crisis Response & Continuous Improvement:
Lead emergency response to quality incidents (e.g., product recalls, foreign material contamination) and develop preventive measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in U.S. beverage industry quality management (e.g., carbonated drinks, functional beverages, plant-based beverages). Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 117 and other regulations.
Expertise in U.S. food safety systems (FSVP, PCQI) and quality tools (5 Why, FMEA).
Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., LIMS, SAP QM) and Microsoft Power BI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 – $7,000.00 per month
