Quality Assurance Analyst
Position Overview
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work closely with the development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, and you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of our quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not affected by new changes.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the product.
Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience in C&I Retail Energy (Gas and Power).
• Certification in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
Essential Skills and Competencies
8+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
