About The Role

The Technical QA Analyst II at Judi Health plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within the Capital Rx JUDI platform. This position involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality, identify and resolve technical issues, and enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent analytical skills, and a detail-oriented approach to quality assurance. Responsibilities include monitoring system logs, conducting root cause analysis, supporting AWS services, and translating business requirements into effective test plans. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (strongly preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in QA Analysis, Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Strong SQL skills; familiarity with SQLAlchemy is a plus
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and workflows
  • Experience with version control systems like GitHub or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues within the JUDI platform, focusing on key technologies such as Python/Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS services
  • Conduct root cause analysis using logs, database queries, and system monitoring data to resolve issues effectively
  • Monitor and analyze system logs utilizing tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic to validate functionality and detect anomalies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key system metrics for proactive performance management
  • Utilize SQL to query and analyze data within the JUDI database, supporting troubleshooting and data integrity efforts
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on the support and monitoring of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Translate business requirements into detailed test plans and execute manual and exploratory testing procedures
  • Support the scrum team by managing backlogs, refining tickets, and participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder communication, and documentation to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and report noncompliance issues promptly
