Position Overview
QA Analyst L1
What You Will Be Doing
- Testing AHM’s suite of connected digital products and mobile IoT applications & services, in parallel with client and Acura brand vehicles, across multiple projects in-development and currently maintained in-market.
What’s Needed
- DESIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Proven understanding of software testing and development life cycle
Strong customer-focused mindset
Strong attention to details – with reading and writing
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall software methodologies
Experience testing mobile applications – iOS and Android
- WANTS:
Any project or testing support experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge and usage of connected vehicle or consumer electronics embedded software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability
Experience with system / data analysis experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams – across regions
Experience with Database (DB) SELECT queries – SQL or MSSQL
Experience with API Testing using Postman or SoapUI
Experience within a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
Experience with Atlassian suite of defect tracking and management tools (Jira / Confluence)
