Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a QA – Fiserv DNA and Loans position.
Responsibilities for QA Tester with Experience in Lending and Loan application, Jira/AD, SQL/Oracle DB, and Offshore Coordination:
Loan & Lending Expertise: Test lending-specific workflows, including loan origination and servicing, ensuring system alignment with business needs and industry standards.
Testing & QA: Perform manual testing of Fiserv DNA, especially within the lending module, ensuring functionality, data integrity, and system performance through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in Jira/ADO, working with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
Database Validation: Use SQL/Oracle to validate data consistency between front-end systems and back-end databases, ensuring data accuracy.
Offshore Coordination: Manage and collaborate with offshore testing teams, ensuring proper task handoff, communication, and process alignment across teams.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear testing documentation, track progress, and provide regular status updates on testing activities, defects, and milestones.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to manual testing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness while adopting best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and analysts to ensure testing aligns with requirements and overall software quality.
