About This Team Team working scope and clarify internal & external stakeholders Responsible for full-cycle quality management of sports & outdoor apparel, including pre-production quality risk control, mass production factory quality supervision, and after-sales quality analysis & closed-loop improvement.
How You Contribute Working with PLM, design, product developer, to understand the specifications and requirements of product development. Conduct sample quality assessment to provide technical expertise on garment construction and making up. Monitoring the testing the quality, performance, safety, and durability of materials and finished products. Developing and implementing sample evaluation standards and procedures Identifying and resolving issues with the design, fit, construction, or quality of garments. Providing technical advice and guidance on garment construction and manufacturing techniques. Working with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications. New ender train on sample quality assurance and quality standard, procedures. Vender sample quality assessment to ensure it meets set up requirements and goals. Providing the sample quality KPI to correlate stakeholders to driving the continuous improvement.
