Summary: Conducts administrative support for clinical services. Overall responsibility for all licensing, accreditation, quality assurance management for clinical services.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for overall administrative support for Clinical Director and clinical team.
Performs all administrative functions regarding licensures and accreditations.
Provides information for grant funding and reporting requirements as needed.
Oversees quality assurance and ensures all quality tasks are completed.
Ensures the quality council meets and all minutes are maintained.
Oversees the Incident reports, grievance, suggestions, and emergency preparedness processes.
Ensures the review and maintenance of all policies, procedures and plans of the organization.
Conducts all needed and desired surveys and ensures that the data is disseminated and implemented.
Conducts and ensures compliance with all needed audits and chart reviews.
Build meaningful and lasting relationships with all licensing, certification and governing bodies that leave the organization in good stead.
Interfaces with the clinical team.
In absence of Intake clerk and receptionist, provide back up as needed.
Performs tasks to support the administrative efforts of the organization as assigned.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SPSS software.
Special Training: Electronic medical records.
Education/Experience: Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college preferred; and two years related experience and/or training. Experience with Policy and Procedure implementation and monitoring.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
