About the role: 

We currently have a permanent position available for someone experienced in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry to join our friendly and high functioning team. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Final QC checks of packed product including assuring that batch documentation is completed in accordance with good documentation practices. 

Testing and release of raw materials and packaging materials.

Ensuring compliance and promoting awareness of all staff with GMP ISO 22716 and ISO 9001:2015 processes and other relevant certifications.

Ensuring good documentation practice across the business including document control of quality documentation. 

Preparing and revising master quality documents.

Participating in internal audits, preparing audit reports, evaluating nonconformities.

Investigating quality incidents using effective root cause analysis putting into place corrective and preventative measures, monitoring completion and effectiveness of these actions. 

Measuring and monitoring the process performance

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S)

Essential Requirements: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Team player able to focus on departmental goals whilst respecting the needs of others.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with potentially conflicting requirements.

Tertiary qualification in science or related field.

Experienced in cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry preferred. 

If you are successful, Medical Assessment required – paid by HFM.
