Job Summary
Manage the activities of the QA Department according to the assigned product line of MCH company.
Directly responsible for the quality management system from input to output for the product.
Manage QA Manager, Associate Manager, Supervisor levels at designated companies, assigned from MCH
Build and deploy OGSM, KPI and maintain and upgrade quality management and food safety systems at assigned factories.
Job Responsibilities
Establish, implement and maintain the quality management system, OGSM and KPI at Vinacafe company.
Plan OGSM, set up Action plans and KPIs for QA vertical factory companies in charge. Participate in regular briefings.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive organizational improvement.
Manage QA personnel, build and deploy OGSM/KPI, maintain quality management & food safety systems at Vinh Hao, VTF, Phuc Long.
Maintain certificates for Vinacafe; Representatives work with authorities on product quality and food safety.
Plan and carry out internal quality assessments of companies and factories under Masan Group (Quality Internal Audit). Monitor corrective actions (CAR/PAR).
Participate in QA Masan Group’s supplier and processor evaluation program.
Update product standards and new packaging materials for domestic and export markets for products in charge.
Draft and update general guidance documents for MCH and quality manuals. Deploy QLOne application for units in need.
Coach and train employees on quality awareness and skills to reduce costs and increase profits.
Perform other unexpected tasks assigned by Head of QA MCH or Head of QA Group.
