⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
- Support quality & food safety management systems (HACCP/APPCC team member).
- Collaborate in hygienic-sanitary inspections directly on the production floor.
- Assist with customer satisfaction, managing technical questionnaires and documentation.
- Actively participate in audits, defending technical quality standards.
- Manage non-conformities and customer claims to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure correct waste segregation and sustainable resource management within the facility.
🎓 Requirements:
- Education: Ciclo formativo de grado superior (FP II) or University Degree related to Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or technical fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 year of proven experience in similar quality assurance or quality control roles within the food manufacturing industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP, IFS, BRC). Experience handling digital quality controls or traceability tools is a huge plus!
- Tools: Proficiency in office automation. Previous exposure to ERP systems (such as Navision or SAP) will significantly shorten your onboarding.
- Languages: advanced / Fluent level of English is mandatory, as you will be required to write technical responses and communicate fluently during international audits.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, resilience, and excellent teamwork abilities.
