Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Automation Developer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, mobile applications, automation workflows, and WhatsApp-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Validate n8n workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Test WhatsApp chatbot flows, messaging automation, and user journeys.
• Conduct API testing and integration testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Perform regression, functional, performance, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Establish QA standards and testing best practices.
• Ensure releases meet quality benchmarks before deployment.
Requirements
• 3+ years of QA experience.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of n8n automation workflows.
• Experience testing WhatsApp Business Platform solutions.
• API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Security and performance testing experience.
• ISTQB Certification is an advantage.
