About The Role
Lead QA automation across web + mobile platforms for a digital banking program.
What you’ll do
- Define automation strategy and frameworks
- Lead a team of 4-6 QA engineers
- Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines
- Report quality metrics to leadership
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years in QA, 3+ in automation leadership
- Strong scripting in Java, Python, or TypeScript
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Banking / fintech domain experience is a plus
