About the Role
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Knutsford. In this role, you will conduct QA reviews of sanctions operations at Level 1 and Level 2 alert dispositions for both static and transactional sanctions hits. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting defects or issues, ensuring clear and accurate descriptions to support the resolution process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct QA reviews of sanctions operations alert dispositions.
Identify, document, and report defects with detailed descriptions and relevant supporting details.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance testing and QA processes.
Self-manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial crime-related alert reviews (preferably sanctions alerts) or testing/QA experience.
Strong understanding of fundamental test/QA processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
