Job Description:

We are actively seeking  QA Automation Testers for a client based in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in test automation technologies and a proven track record of success in designing, executing, and automating test plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and JMeter.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.

Analyze system requirements and technical specifications to create effective test plans and cases.

Identify, report, and track defects to ensure quality assurance standards are met.

Perform performance, functional, and regression testing to ensure the stability and scalability of the applications.

Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in Selenium and JMeter.

Extensive experience in creating, executing, and automating test plans.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.

Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
