The Quality Assurance Technician ensures compliance with HACCP, FDA, and GMP regulations throughout the production process. This role involves monitoring manufacturing procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing quality control measures to ensure all products meet regulatory and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with HACCP, FDA, and GMP regulations.
Review and maintain production documentation for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure all processes meet regulatory and company requirements.
Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
Support internal and external audits conducted by regulatory agencies and clients.
Provide training to production staff on quality and compliance procedures as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Safety in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Effective communication skills in a multicultural workplace.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
Experience in regulatory audits and inspections is preferred.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience in developing HACCP and GMP standard operating procedures is preferred.
Certification in HACCP or other quality management systems is a plus.
Proficiency in Korean is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 40–50 hours per week, based on operational needs
