Primary Function
The Quality and SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updated the Quality Assurance Plan, performing internal audits on all departments to determine compliance with performance work statement, working with department managers/leads to determine root cause analysis of any discrepancies found, commuting with CORs and other government representatives to determine assurance of satisfactory performance and/or areas of opportunity, organizing and proceeding over any QC meetings required under the PWS, and conducting SharePoint records management and administration for all contract documents.
Essential Duties
Perform internal quality audits on all departments to ensure compliance with PWS
Determine root cause of any observed discrepancies
Schedule routine, random, spot check, and all other required QC audits
Develop and review the Quality Assurance/Control Plan
Ensure contract operations meet or exceed quality, safety, and mission readiness standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Conduct records management and administration through SharePoint
Organize and proceed over quality reviews and meetings as required
Lead regular contract reviews, audits, and reporting requirements, maintaining thorough documentation and transparent communication with the client.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, incorporating feedback, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer service across all contract functions, reinforcing Tunista’s commitment to excellence.
Ensure Safety of personnel and equipment

Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the mixture and depth of technical skills required across all contractual requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
Strong leadership and management skills
Must have strong understanding of the quality and safety requirements of a test range environment.
Previous experience managing a DoD T&E Range contract
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Nuclear, Aeronautical or network) or business
Must have 2 years’ experience performing management activities in a test range environment.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management of a DoD contract.
Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
Good working knowledge of safe working practices is essential.
Working Environment
This is a on-site, fast-paced multi-tasking customer service-oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Adaptability regarding schedule and task changes is necessary to accommodate changing priorities. This position is normally 5 days a week M-F. However, weekends and after hour support may be required.
