About The Role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software products.
In this role, you’ll own end-to-end quality assurance, combining manual and automation testing with strong problem-solving and leadership skills. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to drive quality across the entire development lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Quality Assurance & Testing
Design, execute, and maintain functional and regression test cases within defined timelines
Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and QA documentation
Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications
Manage and maintain regression test suites (manual + automation)
Automation & API Testing
Build and enhance API automation frameworks
Perform API testing and validation (functional and integration)
Contribute to UI automation and test coverage improvements
Defect Management & Quality Control
Identify, track, and manage defects through the entire lifecycle
Ensure timely resolution of issues before release
Troubleshoot quality issues and recommend effective solutions
Release & Production Support
Support release cycles, deployment validation, and production sanity checks
Participate in weekly production testing and monitoring
Be available to handle critical issues and escalations
Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, TPM, and Operations teams
Review QA reports and provide actionable insights
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, ensuring team capability growth
Process & Continuous Improvement
Improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies
Assist in test environment setup, teardown, and exploratory testing
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Experience
3+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
Strong experience in both manual and automation testing
Proven ability to handle end-to-end testing cycles
Core Skills
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Expertise In
API Testing & Automation
UI Testing (Manual + Automation)
Functional & Regression Testing
Test Planning & Test Case Design
Defect Lifecycle Management
Experience With
Testing web and mobile applications
Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall)
Tools like Jira and Confluence
Nice to Have
Experience in non-functional testing (performance, load, etc.)
Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools
Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
