Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in manual and automated testing, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans for manual and automated testing.
Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality at every stage of the development lifecycle.
Implement test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on usability and functionality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in software testing (manual and automation).
Proficiency in any of the automation frameworks such as Selenium/Cypress/Playwright.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in any of scripting languages like Python/ Java/ C#.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Experience in any one of the API testing using Postman, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter/ LoadRunner) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Add-On Qualifications:
ISTQB or relevant certification is a plus.
Knowledge of database testing (SQL/NoSQL).
