Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To understand the product business logic and complexity of changes in order to identify potential impact in the project modules;
- To estimate his/her work and be able to prioritize workload in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency;
- To design / review and execute the use cases / test cases;
- To efficiently communicate with the engineering team and product owner teams;
Job Requirements
Required qualifications: Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
- 3+ years testing experience;
- Must have practical experience of working in a structured professional software development environment;
- Practical experience of the Test Life Cycle and the different categories of testing;
Technical skills:
- Good knowledge of bug/test case lifecycle management (with tools like TFS, Jira);
- Logical thinking with the ability to comprehend and analyze project requirements effectively;
- Experience in testing user interfaces and ensuring compatibility across different browsers;
- Familiarity with API concepts (HTTP protocols), REST services, along with experience in API testing using Postman or a similar tool;
- Basic knowledge of database concepts, including SQL Server or PL/SQL;
Soft skills:
- Problem-solving attributes and quick adaptability to changes in a project;
- Good investigation skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Ability to openly present her/his own ideas;
- Independent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focus;
- Dynamic, organized and fast learner;
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Willing and able to be part of international projects and initiatives;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results – orientated nature;
Language proficiency:
- Fluency in English;
Desired qualifications:
- ISTQB Qualification;
- Understanding of Microsoft IIS;
- Regular use of the browser console in daily tasks;
- Agile methodology experience;
- Basic knowledge of scripting;
Work conditions:
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
- Working setup (hybrid, on site, remote): hybrid
Training Needs/Requirements
All employees are required to complete mandatory training programs as part of their employment. This includes onboarding training, which is compulsory for all new hires and must be completed within the timelines communicated. Onboarding may include, but is not limited to, online induction courses, compliance and ethics training, cybersecurity awareness, and any country-specific or role-related content shared with the employee.
In addition, employees are required to complete Health & Safety (H&S) training in accordance with local legislation and internal policies, within the deadlines specified. Timely completion of all mandatory training is a condition of employment.
