About the Opportunity: The QA Engineer role is focused on enhancing software quality through both manual and automated testing. This position is responsible for executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve product reliability. The role contributes to maintaining high standards in software delivery and ensuring that releases meet quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manual and automated tests using tools like Playwright and Cypress
- Develop and maintain test scripts and test cases
- Track and report bugs using bug tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers and product teams in an agile environment
- Use test management tools to organize testing efforts
- Employ SQL for data validation and testing purposes
- Utilize GitHub Copilot and Gemini to enhance testing workflows
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance with both manual and automated testing
- Proficiency with Playwright testing framework
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
- Familiarity with technologies including Cypress, Salesforce, SQL, bug tracking, and test management tools
