2. About the Opportunity:
The QA Engineer role is centered on conducting User Acceptance Testing and overall software quality assurance to confirm applications fulfill business needs and quality standards. This position contributes by ensuring that software releases meet end-user expectations through thorough validation, thereby supporting the delivery of dependable software products.
3. Responsibilities:
• Execute User Acceptance Testing to verify software meets business and user requirements
• Perform quality assurance testing on web and application platforms
• Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios
• Identify, document, track, and retest software defects
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders throughout testing
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing prior to release
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and acceptance criteria
4. Requirements:
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong background in Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
• Ability to convert business requirements into effective test cases
• Skilled in defect identification and documentation
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
• Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary range: $140,000 – $165,000 per year
