Skills and Abilities

Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
Ability to operate all inspection equipment such as but not limited to the following: CMM, Micro Height, ID/OD micrometers, calipers, UT Machine, and Magnetic particle yokes.
Read and interpret blueprints, standard operating procedures, and customer/regulatory requirements and inspect parts to these documents.
Ability to do machine set up verification and first article inspections of parts on the machines
Initiate non-conformance reports and any other quality records required by ETFH, customers, and any third-party agency.
Initiate corrective action request when conditions adverse to part quality are repetitive in nature.
Ability to meet 2 NDE requirements and as a company certified NDE Level II for UT, MT, and PT.
Ability to perform all job duties of lower level inspections.
Assist in training of lower level employees.
Perform daily and regular cleaning in work area.
Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Bring problems to the attention of Managers, Supervisors, and Group Leaders.
Follow daily procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
