SUMMARY
As a QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer, you ensure the quality and reliability of software products by identifying issues, defects, and potential risks before release.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze software requirements, technical specifications, and product documentation to define the test approach
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test approaches, test scenarios, test cases, and documents for test execution
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework, leveraging libraries such as Selenium Library, Requests Library, and Appium.
- Continuously improve testing efficiency by exploring and implementing AI-assisted testing tools for code generation and test case design.
- Perform functional, usability, regression, performance, and exploratory testing in the related areas as needed.
- Perform manual test execution and automation testing, coordinate with related teams, and document test results in summary
- Identify, record, track, and document bugs thoroughly via Jira or other tools
- Participate in agile working practices such as daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate coding and debugging processes.
- 2+ years of experience in QA or as a software tester
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs
- Working knowledge of mobile development, back-end API, front-end development
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
