Title: QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop test strategies for SENDPRO.
Design and document detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases to validate ETL pipelines and reporting workflows.
Execute manual and automated test cases across development, staging, and production environments.
Perform end-to-end testing of ETL pipelines ensuring accurate data transformation and integrity.
Validate data consistency between source and target systems based on business logic and transformation rules.
Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project managers and technical leads.
Maintain comprehensive testing documentation including test plans, cases, results, and defect logs.
Generate regular QA reports highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
Contribute to QA process improvements and promote best practices across the SENDPRO team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in testing Snowflake data warehouses and ETL pipelines.
Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL and Snow SQL)for data querying and validation.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and related tools.
Exposure to automation toolslike Selenium and Apache Airflow.
Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git.
Experience working with Jira for issue tracking and collaboration.
Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL processes and QA testing.
At least 3 years of experience with Snowflake testing frameworks.
Proven ability to translate high-level project requirements into effective test strategies.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
Prior experience in government or healthcare IT environments is strongly preferred.
