About The Role
Based in Malta, the QA Engineer is accountable for:
- Ensure quality, stability, and reliability across online gaming products and platforms
- Design and execute effective test strategies across functional, regression, and user journey testing
- Validate compliance with regulatory and responsible gambling requirements
- Support confident, well-governed releases by identifying risks, managing defects, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices
About You
You are a detail-oriented and quality-driven QA professional with strong experience testing complex, customer-facing digital platforms. You take pride in ensuring products are stable, reliable, and ready for release, with a sharp eye for identifying risks and defects early.
You are confident working in fast-moving, agile environments and know how to balance thorough testing with delivery timelines. You bring a pragmatic approach to quality, adapting testing strategies based on risk, regulatory impact, and business priorities.
You are a strong communicator who collaborates effectively with developers, product teams, and stakeholders, helping to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ideally, you have experience in regulated industries and understand the importance of compliance, accuracy, and customer safety.
