It is our mission to seek out and develop employees with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our leadership team at our Casting Plant in Ft. Recovery.
Reporting to the QA Manager, the Quality Assurance Supervisor will play a key role in providing administrative, supervision, training and education of our Quality Assurance Associates. Additional areas of focus include:
Developing new and revising existing policies and procedures in conjunction with the Corporate Quality function
Monitoring quality concerns, corrective and prevention actions including investigating customer complaints, customer visits, etc.
Participating in external and internal audits
