Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee GMP compliance across manufacturing and Quality Control activities.
  • Review and approve GMP documentation, including batch records, SOPs, validation protocols and reports related to processes, cleaning, analytical methods and computerized systems.
  • Handle quality events.
  • Support the deployment, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System.
  • Contribute to the preparation, execution and follow-up of internal audits, customer audits and inspections by health authorities.
  • Track quality KPIs, conduct trend analyses and recommend corrective or improvement initiatives.
  • Take part in product quality reviews as well as periodic assessments of the quality system.
  • Promote data integrity and ensure complete traceability of activities.

Required profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Solid understanding of EU GMP, ICH guidelines and local health authority expectations.
  • Previous exposure to audits and inspections, whether internal, customer-led or performed by health authorities.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement approaches.
  • Ability to review and approve GMP documents such as SOPs, batch records, protocols and reports with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent communication skills in both French and English.
