We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a QA Engineer.
Your Mission Will Be:
Develop a quality assurance program to ensure products meet internal standards and user expectations;
Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams;
Manage test plans, automated suites, and performance benchmarks across platforms;
Track quality metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
You Will Need:
5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with strong foundations in test planning, case development and defect tracking;
Skilled in automated UI testing, with hands-on experience using modern tools and frameworks;
Comfortable with API testing, performance/load testing and building scalable QA pipelines;
Experienced with Git, Agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery;
Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
Familiar with observability tools like Datadog for test coverage validation and incident analysis.
