🧪 QA Engineer
As a QA Engineer, you will ensure product reliability, speed, and performance across our AI-driven platform.
You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to build automated test suites, catch regressions early, and maintain high-quality releases as we ship fast.
🎯 What you’ll own
Build and maintain automated test frameworks using Playwright
Write robust end-to-end, regression, and integration test cases
Ensure release stability across candidate and recruiter workflows
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to improve testability
Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
Drive quality standards across rapidly shipping AI features
Monitor production issues and improve test coverage proactively

Have 2–5 years of QA/Automation experience
Have strong hands-on experience with Playwright (mandatory)
Understand modern frontend architectures and API testing
Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Are detail-oriented and proactive about preventing production issues
Thrive in fast-paced startup environments

Have experience testing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms
Have worked in early-stage startups
Understand performance testing and load testing basics
Are comfortable writing basic scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript
