Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing and regression testing of web applications.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
Create and maintain test cases and checklists based on requirements.
Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Identify, document, and track bugs in the bug-tracking system (Jira or similar).
Work on both routine and complex logical tasks, ensuring high-quality test coverage.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure the best quality of the product.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in manual web application testing.
Experience in regression testing and API testing.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
Ability to create clear and structured test cases, checklists, and scenarios.
Experience with test documentation and bug reporting.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work both on routine repetitive tasks and on complex logical challenges.
Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HTTP, JSON, and REST API principles.
Nice to have
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in identifying, reporting, and managing defects and issues
Proven experience in manual testing of HTTP/gRPC API
Understanding of testing layers and difference between them
Experience with Swagger, Postman, or similar
