- Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and/or Technical Support roles.
- Familiarity with payment terminal devices, preferably Ingenico or Castles Technology terminals.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems, transaction workflows, and related technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and analyze system/trace logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Experience working with Terminal Management Systems (TMS) or other hosted device/estate management platforms.
- Knowledge of terminal provisioning processes, including operating system installation, application deployment, and configuration management.
