As QA Engineering Lead (m/f/d) your work will be a critical part of accomplishing this mission.You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing testing strategies, mentoring a talented team of QA engineers, and ensuring seamless, high-quality releases. Your Key Responsibilities:
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications across various platforms.
Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
Utilize modern testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cypress) for efficient test coverage.
Document and prioritize defects, collaborating with Development and Product Teams for resolution.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Manage team workloads and ensure timely delivery of testing outcomes.
Promote a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
Release and Delivery:
Oversee QA processes to ensure high-quality software releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline release workflows and mitigate risks.
Agile Development and Delivery:
Integrate QA processes into Agile workflows and participate in sprint activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role.
Demonstrated expertise in testing both web and mobile applications, including proficiency in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
Strong knowledge of Agile development and delivery processes, including familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
Proficiency in QA and related tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in QA (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
Experience in performance and security testing using tools like JMeter, OWASP ZAP, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Microservices architecture testing.

The minimum salary for this position is € 70,000, overpayment possible depending on qualifications
