Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality products. The Quality Assurance Inspector will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality control measures.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
Analyze inspection data and report findings to management.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and FDA regulations.
Utilize Calypso software for data collection and analysis.
Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established procedures and standards.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or deviations in product quality.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities.
Skills
Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and FDA regulations is essential.
Experience with quality inspection techniques, including visual inspections and measurements.
Knowledge of Calypso software for quality analysis is a plus.
Ability to fabricate reports based on inspection findings.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
